| Callie and Erica The Morning After |
|
The morning after their second try, Callie Torres and Erica Hahn wake up very pleased with the night's events. Callie insists that it was so good. Erica agrees with her whole-heartedly. Callie watches her in amazement as she begins to get emotional. "It's like glasses," Erica explains. Unsure of what she's talking about, Callie listens on. Erica starts to cry as she starts to tell about being a child and being told she needed glasses. She didn't think she needed glasses, but when she finally gets them she realizes that the green blobs that she's been seeing her whole life are actually leaves. She continues repeating "I'm so gay, so so so gay." Callie is left with nothing to say. The first person she finds at the hospital is none other than Mark Sloan. "I need sex - regular man on woman missionary-style, sex." As if Sloan ever turns down sex, right? After they're finished, Sloan asks if it was bad again. "I didn't say it wasn't good," Callie replies as she leaves the room. In another room of the hospital, Bailey is getting emotionally involved in her case with the 10-year old. Erica tells her, "No one likes a girl who gets emotional," but you and I both know she's not talking about the patient. Finally Sloan asks Callie why she's so upset if it went well. "Erica cried in the bed after sex. . having some revelation. . ." She goes on to explain that she just thought there should be a difference - between sex with Erica and sex with Mark. Mark explains that the big difference is that "you had sex with her 12 hours ago, and she doesn't know you had sex with me. You're a cheater." Realizing she needs to talk to Erica she explains, "I'm sorry. . .you were crying and seeing leaves. . .I do want to be with you and the truth is I slept with Mark Sloan today." Erica's only reply was, "Okay." So Callie tells Mark that there will be no more on-call rooms, but at the end of the day that doesn't mean that they're not still friends. "You're good for other things than sex," and the two go out to have drinks together.
