Lexie sleeps with Alex Karev. What a weird match for me. I have a hard time believing Lexie Grey could ever really like Alex Karev. Even trying to picture her liking the "bad boy thing" doesn't work for me. I didn't see this one coming. Shortly after Ava leaves, Lexie is looking to be accepted and find someone to be with and finds herself in with Alex. they have chemistry and he's definitly not one to turn down a lay. I realize now that he's always kind of been that guy, but it's really coming to the forefront now that you see him sleep with both Lexie and Rebecca in such close proximity. It just makes me feel a little dirty thinking about him anymore. Does he not really care for Rebecca/Ava anymore? I totally thought they were leading to that and then they don't. I guess I never realized how many issues Alex really had. I want to learn more about his past now.

And then it gets even more awkward. . . They sleep together in Meredith's house (because that's where Alex is staying these days). Naturally Meredith wigs out and Lexie apparently had no idea that it was her house. Meredith tells Alex that he can't sleep with Lexie and especially not in her house. Now Alex is stuck in the middle of the sisters. As for Meredith and Lexie, I don't think it should matter if Lexie sleeps with Alex at all. I'm ready for her to stop hating Lexie already. I understand that her and Alex are friends and all, but Alex has never really let anyone in before. They're not that close. The quicker Meredith gets over her abandonment issues and starts letting real people into her life, the quicker her and McDreamy can live happily ever after, right?
