After trying so hard to be like Erica Hahn and Cristina Yang - knowing what she wants and being all about the surgery not the patient - finally Izzie Stevens realizes she just can't be that person. She says, "I'm not Kickass." As Isobel spills her guts to George O'Malley, he tells her that it's a good thing to be the way she is. I'm frustrated that Izzie thinks she has to be like someone else or have what someone else does to be happy. Just be yourself, already. They switch to talking about they're relationship and agree that it is just bad timing. I guess it's over then??? You don't break up a marriage to have things not work out do you? This is so frustrating for me. George needs a good woman and Izzie needs to stop wanting what everyone else has. Seriously.

Meredith Grey and Cristina Yang meet back at the house to drink and dance together. Meredith is a little put off that Cristina invites Lexie along, but soon accepts it. (Maybe they'll be like sisters after all) George and Izzie join in with the festivities. After all, they don't have anything better to do now that they're not worrying about the sex anymore.
