Sandra Oh was married to writer-director Alexander Payne (Sideways), but Sandra filed for divorce on April 14, 2005.  Oh was seeking spousal support from Payne, but it took them two years to settle the finances.  The divorce was finalized on December 21, 2006.  The two were married in January of 2003 and "mutually decided to separate."  This was both Sandra and Alexander's first marriage and they had no children.  So she is officially single now.
